I received my wooden necklace. The day I received it I wrote to customer service to see if I could get it replaced because one of the baseballs was stained red. It wasn’t white like a baseball should be. I’ve sent multiple emails, wrote them on Instagram, wrote them directly through the website. I’ve tried every outlet and I’ve received no response. At this point I’m trying to return the item and I’ve been in contact with no one. The website says not to ship items to them without confirmation. So now I guess my son is stuck with a necklace that has a red baseball.
