Loved necklace but when received the bat itself was turned the opposite way making the dodgers logo be upside down. Different from photos on the website

I got the wrong piece. Emailed customer service and they said I would get what I ordered. I have yet to receive the correct piece and I still do not know what to do with the wrong piece received. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
