I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The necklace I received did not match what was advertised, which already felt misleading. After reaching out, I was told a replacement would be sent, but it was shipped to the wrong address. Since then, I have received no response to my follow-up emails.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I feel that my $50 was wasted. And there is no response from customer service.

Very nice piece. Comes in a nice presentation box. Arrived quickly, within a week. This is to be a gift for my husband. As a huge baseball fan I’m sure my husband will enjoy it and the story behind it.

Failed to receive my necklace. After talking to CS, and providing my address. My necklace was shipped to the wrong address I am now 0/2. Love the others I did receive.
